It was our 10 year wedding anniversary and Jeremy took me out to dinner to Japonias our favorite Japanese restaurant in Chicago. After dinner we retrieved the car from valet. I thought we were on our way home until Jeremy said, "Do you want your gift now?" I said, "I thought dinner was the gift. He then told me to look in the sun glass holder in his car. I opened it and there was a blindfold in it. He said put the blindfold on, so I did. Jeremy drove around the city for about 10 minutes. He parked the car and then opened my door and handed me flowers. He then helped me walk 3 more blocks and placed me in the perfect spot. He removed my blind fold and said you once told me that this was one of your favorite spots in the city. It was, It was the board of trades building on Lasalle street, it was all lit up, we were standing in the middle of the street on the island. He then got down on one knee and pulled out the ring and he asked me to Marry him. I immediately said YES!! All of a sudden my family and his family came running down the street, they were there the whole time watching us taking pictures. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect proposal. It was a Dream Come True!!
